Optional modules explore common challenges in Black, African and diasporic communities, where stigma, shame or lack of preparation can deepen the pain. These tools are here to support you with love, not stereotypes.
Our full course participants have access to four Friday evening office hours: short, calm sessions on Zoom where you can ask questions, reflect or just receive support.
Attend when you’re ready. There’s no pressure to speak.
