If you’re juggling hospital visits, family dynamics and emotions all at once, this course was made for you. It won’t add pressure; it will ease some. Just one module can give you the words, clarity, or pause you need most. You don’t have to do it all. But you do deserve support. And what you do with this time may stay with you forever.

I’m not the main carer. Does this still apply to me?

Yes. Whether you're supporting emotionally, making decisions behind the scenes, or helping navigate cultural expectations, this course equips you to show up with intention. If you're involved, this is for you.

I’m scared this will make things too real, and I’m not ready.

That feeling is valid. Facing loss takes courage. But avoidance doesn’t ease the pain; it just delays it. This course won’t rush you. It offers gentle language, calm truth, and tools to help you feel steadier, even when everything feels fragile.

How do the live office hours work? Do I have to attend?

Office hours happen every other Friday, 6 - 6:30pm (BST) on Zoom. Full course participants can attend up to four sessions. Book your sessions in advance, and submit questions ahead of time. No need to speak unless you want to.
It’s a quiet space for reflection, clarity, or simply not feeling alone. Please note that this is not available to mini course participants.

I’m only doing the mini course. Do I need the full course too?

The mini course gives you strong tools for the final goodbye. But if you’re facing hard decisions, emotional fatigue, or family pressure and need live support, the full Tender Transitions course offers a more complete journey with planning support, post-loss guidance, and legacy reflection. You can upgrade anytime if you need more. Many people do.

Will this course be relevant to my culture or family dynamic?

Yes. The core tools are universal, and we also offer optional cultural insight modules for Black, African, Caribbean and other culturally rich family systems, especially where silence, tradition, or spiritual expectations complicate grief. These insights are offered with care, never stereotype.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments securely through Stripe, accepting credit and debit cards only. We do not currently offer PayPal or instalment plans as this helps keep processes simple and support focused on the course itself.

Can I get a discount if I upgrade from the Mini Course to the Full Course?

Absolutely. We understand that you’ve already completed part of the work and you deserve more than being charged twice. If you upgrade from the Mini Course, you’ll receive a 25% credit toward the full course price. This is only possible because you’ve done the Mini Course first; otherwise, the full value must be paid.

Please note:
- You need to enrol with the same email address for the discount to apply.
- The credit applies only once per account and cannot be combined with other offers.

What does “lifetime access” really mean?

All fees cover your lifetime access to the content with no expiry dates. You can revisit modules whenever you need, and the price covers both the learning materials and ongoing email support, even through future updates.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds but not because we don’t care. In fact, it’s the opposite. Every part of Tender Transitions has been created with care, clarity, and compassion from the language to the pace, to the cultural insight we embed throughout. When you enrol, you receive immediate access to all the tools, scripts and resources. These are yours to download and revisit for life.
